The house’s signature frame motif originates from the Autumn-Winter ‘Voyage to Cythera’ collection from 1989 and takes inspiration from ornate artwork frames, which encase Renaissance artworks. This season, our Portrait sandals feature a frame buckle, complete with an antique brass finish and an engraved orb motif – synonymous with Vivienne’s vision of launching tradition into the future.
